    Cipango do you reckon you got your A1?

    I used the exam paper on examinations.ie and guessed my grade and being fairly strict i got 89%. I knew everything that came up.


    Maybe a bit of luck will give me that extra 1%!

    I, stupidly, did questions 1-4 because they looked okay and I didn't have time to read all of them properly. 6 and 7 were much nicer for what I knew. <.<

    Slightly surprised that so few people did Government and Banking, given that it's a hot topic these days.

    It's a tricky topic though, with NAMA, the IMF, the ECB and all that jazz. People are just put off with the economic terminology - myself included - like quantitative easing, expansionary fiscal policy, etc. Also, opinions can come into a question, for example - what can the government do to reduce the national debt. Most people don't like expressing opinions in economics at LC level I find, much prefer the micro.
