Just wondering if theres any good spots?

Also any good deals around here for day boat trips?

    Have a look here: http://www.fishingireland.net/fishing/sea/dublin/index.htm
Plenty of info on the nearest locations.
But with 1.5 million living neqrby, it's fair to say the farther you go, the more resident fish you get. Going to the fish, does not really apply with mackerel and the fish which migrate about. Dublin gets plenty of those.

Your nearest spot is Dun Laoghaire pier or Coliemore in Dalkey.

Killiney is a pretty good spot watch out for the swimmers though.
