[Clan players] Question

    So for the Clan players...
How well set up are you as a unified team?

What I mean is, when a good 'sniping' map comes up do you have dedicated team members that will always be your snipers for those maps or do you play the game to discover that almost all of your team or none of your team have chosen a sniper class?

What about anti-air support team members, does everyone on the team carry anti-air support, none of the team carry anti-air support or do you have dedicated team members whose job it is to take out air support the second it's launched?

Do you discuss tactics and perks pre-game or does everyone just show up and play as they want?

The reason I ask is because I've seen some well prepared clans that obviously have excellent setups that they have practiced together many times, and I've also seen clans who have obviously never played together before and just run around doing their own thing during clan matches.

So how serously do you take your clan playing, tactics and strategies? Do you go too far or not far enough? As I only play for fun these days (and since COD4!) and don't have time for clan games anymore I'm curious to see how clans have evolved :)

We play on ConsoleGaming where all the scubby maps have been removed. No one uses sniper rifles in clan matches. Killstreaks are always banned so no need for anti-air.
We change our tactics depending on how the match is going, except for CTF I usually assign roles like flag runner, defender etc before the match.

Strats>shot and it's always been the same for any CoD game,it's a pity but it's true. Some people go through routines before hand but I never bother unless it's a really important match, you should def sort it out in-game though. No point for of you sitting in the back of map.

Eg.Ctf,have somebody with an AR sitting in a holding position.Sandbags in Invasion or top red on terminal. You'll also have someone mid-map doing most of the slaying/supporting with another AR.Your last two players should generally be reppin' SMGs,one with LW if possible.
