Hi, I notice a lot of people on here recommend keeping running logs. Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good, free online one?

The Training Logs subforum of this forum is free, and as good as you make it...

You might look at www.buckeyeoutdoors.com - it has a load of good features but had got very slow after a recent revamp.

I use this template myself from here i can fill in training on a week by week basis and can keep an eye on my mileage. Again the training logs here are grand for making as much or as little as you want from them. The idea of a Training log is just a way to keep track in order to see what works and what doesnt in your training and that. Also with the training logs here you will find that you can get some good input from other runners which you can ignore or take depending on how you feel about the advice
