    Isn't there some where here you can make test posts? Is it ok to upload screenshots while learning to see how they look on a site?

    Yes, you can test posts and uploaded screenshots in our test forum.

    So long as the screenshots adhere to usual boards.ie rules (non-pornographic, no extreme violence etc.) and you aren't infringing copyright then using the Test forum as outlined by Ponster is fine.

    if you were say practising highlighting on a program GUI is that a copyright infringement? You would be uploading te prog GUI. Thanks

    I'm no copyright expert to be honest but it it's something like a screenshot of the GUI then that's something I've seen a lot of here and on other sites. :)
