    hey lads, rite before the wc started i made a 200euro bet on betfair.i picked eight teams.some to win their groups and to qualify from their groups etc.it all looks very good so far.but i did one dual forecast and that was spain/chile both to qualify.that has me a little worried as it could be decided on goal difference.swiss bastards are threatening to wreck it.i stand to win over 4000euro and am just wondering is there anyway i can guarantee/lock in a profit?cheers

    You can lay Spain and Chile to qualify on betfair for 2.94. If you take that at 100 you can at least cover your stake and make 94 profit. If they do qualify it costs you 294. So you are still up a huge profit. Worth the security.

    My understanding of betfair is a bit limited so maybe somebody with a little more knowledge can confirm the above is correct.

    cheers for that.thats exactly what i was looking for el horseboxo.i'll have a think about it as im a bit low on funds!cheers for the advice though.i'll keep ye updated.
