I'm looking to do some vapour pressure measurements on some new monomers and can't find anywhere that does such tests. Anyone have any ideas of who to go to?

    Thanks

    Hi,
Just a quick lookup found this old school experiments, but you'd need to calibrate:
    http://www.chem.purdue.edu/gchelp/liquids/vpacetn.html

Other than that I think it could be tricky and you'd need to get access to a TGA capable of maintaining a vacuum.

You could do headspace GC-MS measurement if you've got access to one with a thermostated oven (like on the Combipal set-up), assuming that your monomer isn't too reactive and binds to the column...... but that would probably require liquid injections for the calibration graph......

hope they're not smelly amines :-)
