Items being sent separately...

    I just want to know if anybody has had there ordered items from overseas sent separately? I emailed this company asking why, and cant give me a damn explanation why...numerous emails had been sent still no sign of the last 2 items I ordered. the only thing they say "you will receive it soon".....

    From the quote I'm guessing EBaybanned ?

    I think its their standard practice to email everything separately. I dont use them myself, but I've seen discussions here about them.

    They may not even have posted the items yet - did you get a tracking number ?
    They have a history of giving people false tracking numbers, although recent reports suggest they've gotten a little better. Just keep hassling them, and file a Paypal dispute before the time limit is up.

    Dead right on the false tracking number Shiva...They emailed me with one false tracking number I cheked hongkong post tracking website doesnt come up...I will email them again...

    I'd make the Paypal dispute now, too. When the items arrive you can always cancel it, but if they havent shipped yet, it might give them a push to get them shipped.

    You'll get the stuff eventually....of all the horror stories I hear about them, its usually the false tracking number, or the long delay in shipping that people complain about. Most cases end up with the item arriving eventually.

They seem to usually post at the weekend so try it again on Saturday and it may show up on the HK post tracking system. But your best bet it to send them an email a day and then file a Paypal dispute before your time is up.

    I have check the tracking number numerous times already thru hongkong post and anpost for the past 2 weeks 1 of the 3 items I bought came in no problem but this is going on for 2 weeks now and havent got any of the remaining items.

    Got an utterly made up tracking number from them on my last item ordered, I assumed to beging with Hong Kong post were just slow to update their online system but after a week of it not showing up I started emailing them,

    ... was told first that to give it some more time
    .... second that the item wasnt in stock and they'd refund me "soon" (begs the question if it wasnt in stock where'd you get a tracking number for an item you didnt have to send in the first place? rofl)
    ....third time I was told they will refund me "very soon" .

    Three mails and a month later I gave them 24 hours to refund of paypal dispute would be opened.

    Within 24hrs of the dispute opened on paypal a refund was issued. Clowns.

    I already filed a dispute thru paypal...i'll wait for their reply if there gonna refund me the rest of me money.

    After 24 hours of filing a dispute they refunded me the amount of the remaining items they didnt sent.....dead right "clowns".........
