    So how do you do this.
    I'm afraid my question was lost in the euphoria of 3GS owners in the ios4 thread.

    Have you a backup from before the upgrade to os4 in cydia or from
    umbrella?

    Afaik there's no way to downgrade if ya didn't backup the shsh files.
    Ya don't have to be jailbroken to do it either. If ya use umbrella ya can save it to ur desktop. I did it before spirit was released

    Damn....just did a backup through iTunes.

    Hi

    Not sure if this will work, but down load the files from Iclarified

    Connect the phone to itunes, hold down the CTRL button and click Restore

    This should allow you to file-find the 3.1.3 version and select that to Restore to

    I think...

    The problem with that though is that it has to verify the restore with apple. I don't know if they are still signing 3.1.3

    They're not I checked last night. Thankfully I have my SHSH on file with Cydia.

    Me too. I used umbrella aswell when mixednuts posted the guide. Before I jailbroke with spirit
