    different controlls

The buttons are in the same place man. They are just different symbols.

Best way to get good at it is try quick scoping objects on a wall far away or even a car tyre on a map. Only way you're going to get better is by practising. There's no quick fix in order to be mr. Ultimate Qscoper.

Work on it and you'll improve. I'm no QScoper myself i prefer to just snipe in a casual fashion as i'm pretty average.

Have your crosshairs aimed where you think people might be is my main tip, as in dont be running looking slightly down, learn how to run and look in another direction to make sure you dont wind up blasting away at someone who strafes you and knifes you in the face.

I prefer using the ACOG scope on the Intervention than the standard one, try that if you're having trouble quickscoping

Your using the right setup anyway, SoH is a must obviously, Stopping power is essential for the one shot kills and for the 3rd perk, Steady aim. The reason I say steady aim as apposed to Ninja is you don't need to be sneaking up on people and the Steady aim really really helps.

The idea of steady aim is that the crosshairs are closer together so you can concentrate on the target being in your line of sight than if you were scoped in or using normal crosshairs

The secret really is to practice. Go to 1v1 private matches with some mates or with me if I'm online and just have a mess.

The key is to shoot just as the scope comes up, you shouldn't even be aiming through the scope at all. When you start getting good at it you will noticed that you can plan to the milla second when the scope will hit the screen and you will know to fire at the right moment

Putr up a high sensitivity too, it'll be weird at first but much faster to respond in the long term

    Practice
    Practice
    Practice

    :)

Probably m8. I love sniping but never got into quick scoping. Essentials seem to be
    - practice
    - high sensitivity
    - SOH
    - SP

Also there is a myth that the intervention has a better hit detection. I stress "myth" but the "leets" would have you believe the intervention is better for quickscoping.

Please try and practice offline on your own, or in private lobbies with mates. I was in a few games last night where there was some guy with a GT of ErIc_SnIp€s or something along those lines. You see them so often as people try to make out their Leet snipers etc. I was playing quite well in the first game and had called in harrier/pavelow etc and ended up with a really good score, yet we lose by about 1,000 points. I check the end game score, and he's finished with 2:21!! So next game he's on a different team and we win comfortably this time. His score again? 3:19 or something. So when the third game is about to start up, he's pitched on my team again and I back out straight away before the lobby closes. I saw him a few times trying to quickscope kill or wallbang from across the map, and he clearly was just trying either to learn or just to try to get montage clips. It p1ssed me off, cause I hate to lose, and you hadn't a hope with him on your team!

2 meanings, best I go with the First Person Shooter meaning considering the board we're posting in :D

Wall bang is when you shoot someone through a wall.

I know what you mean... You can also practice on FFA, that's what I do, doesnt matter if you get shot a lot, you are not affecting other players negatively

That's a great point. Go practice in FFA as you don't affect anyone but yourself, and you know everyone is an enemy as you jump, spin, backflip for your kills. :)

Best tip: Don't go around quick scoping for the sake of it. If there is a difficult shot, hard scope. If there's a comfortable shot take it. People seem to think if you cannot quick scope a decent level you're a shite sniper. Which is frankly BS.

No scoping was tedious and annoying.
Quick scoping is bordering at the level with the amount of snobbery over it.

Yes, I quick scope for the most part. I've been doing so since COD2. But as above, if there is a difficult shot I'll make sure I get the kill rather than risk missing and being killed.

FFA is the best place to practice as mentioned.
