Security Post

I have a security/parking post that keeps getting knocked down by vehicles reversing against it. It is one of these steel lift-up type ones. Nothing wrong with the post itself, there is not even a mark on it, but its all down to what it is layed in, it just seems to get pushed over with easy. Could anyone advise what I need to ask for in terms of a foundation, as placing the post into a 'bucket size' amount of cement just doesn't work. I know its not a house I'm building but suerly a vehicle reversing at less than 5klm should not just push the post over

best bet would be to ask the supplier what is recommended for their bollard.

The shape of the foundation is very important.
Make sure you do not have a V shaped foundation, as this gets dislodged easier than an inverted V (if you can visualise)
