    Hi I;m new to Apple and i;m using a new imac, but I cant find the at sign for sending emails, I have tried many combinations with the number 2 key but nothing works``

    please help

    Shift+2 should work.

    What keyboard are you using and input/language is selected on the mac.
    Is it a Mac Mini?
