    hi

i recently signed up with sky and got sky plus and i got multiroom. The skyplus is in the sitting room and the mutiroom is located in the bedroom.
i just got the basic channel package off sky.

the problem is that i want to watch recorded stuff down in the bedrooms while others are watching differnt stuff in the living room.

my question is, can i get a second hand sky plus box and use it in the bedroom?. i know i will have to run another lead down but will it work after that. i want the boxes to be independant of each other.

    thanks

Just run the second cable as you said then ring sky to pair the card with the new box so your recording functions etc. will work-simples:D
