    Hello guys

Just wondering, if you had a moment, can you check my new montage?

Is not so much about the editing but the type of shots. I have been quite busy with my booster hunting series and for the last couple of months I have barely sniped at all.

I kind of missed that so this last week I decided to capture a few games and put up a new montage. I used the same intro I used on my first montage, I have no time to work on a new intro... maybe someday soon

Let me know what you think please. The montage is mostly quickscoping, something I am still struggling with specially when I watch other players quickcoping from a distance so easily, I can't put more than 4 or 5 qs together and keep getting killed a lot but sure I dont care, its fun anyway! There are a few long distance qs that I am very proud off and it turns out there werent so difficult to do afterall!

    The video is here:

    Thanks everyone!

    Thanks for that..

That's actually what I did on my first one but a few people told me that I needed to show that I could qs more than 1 isolated shot at a time and to try to show that I could qs successfully two or three times within the same scene... they said that anyone can put amazing single shots one after the other... personally I think on my next clip I will do a mix of both or maybe play more domination or team deathmatch were I can find more than 1 player in the same spot (i play mostly FFA)...

    Dilema dilema! :)

I disagree, thought it was good that it wasn't all just "bang bang bang" with isolated kills. Like you say, it shows that they're done in batches of 2's and 3's and not just lucky kills. I mean, you could play headquarters and end up with 10 kills and 60 deaths. If you just show the kills on their own, then it looks like you're better at it than you really are.

Intro and editing are fine also.

Very good nice video liked the song in background who was it? Pacing was right shows they weren't fluke kills and you got 2 or 3 in a row

First of all, well done for not resorting to using steady aim.It makes MW2,an already piss-easy game, into something of a farce.

Try maybe sniping in SND or in a similar high pressure situation, where every kill counts. Will give it more of a "wow" factor.

Quite alot of those shots WERE lucky though.Try and get a consistent shot rather than hoping to hit shots with as little zooming as possible.(basically if theres no crosshairs/don't shoot as you'll miss 80% of the time)

How long did you record for?Spend a little longer recording in order to get a better tage,no point rushing it at all.

Lastly, shooting people in the back from close range isn't montage worthy:rolleyes:

Very good mate. Some of those quick scopes were exceptional. Keep it up.

You are right, some of those shots were like... wtf... did i just do that???

The reason why I quickscope with as little zooming as possible is because I met a guy one day (while I was spectating looking for boosters) who was doing exactly that... he will shoot a target and hit it without looking through the scope and wouldnt miss a single shot... when I saw the first 4 shots I though he was being lucky, my connection timed out, I reconnected and spectated a bit more, that guy wouldnt miss a single shot, I actually capture a bit of his gaming because he was just unbelievable... I told him and he added me as a friend and he is actually on a few of my shots (IM ENCORE is his GT).

So I decided to try it out myself and it worked, and I was surprised to hit so many targets, but like you said you do miss a lot, not as much as I though I would though, I'd say that 30-40%. At first, I could only hit them by slowly aiming towards the target and hoping he wouldnt move much, but I got better with time and now I can connect them quicker.

I do agree that, although not as nice to look at, it is much more practical to scope until you can see your opponent is in your crossair, but if I could master that kinda quickscoping technique I could be almost invincible!!

I still can't understand how that guy could hit moving targets from 150 feet away, or more without even looking through his scope! It just blowed my mind away!

I recorded this during the weekend, I was going to wait a bit longer but I found I already had enough for a quick montage, I was interested in seeing what people had to say, I am glad now I did! I am getting a lot of good feedback.

That part where I shot those two guys on the back was very funny if you look closer, I was actually following a guy coming from the helipad building, aimed, shot and then hit a guy coming from the right...

I got many more shots, some of them probably deserve to be in this montage before others, maybe I will use them on the next one!

Thanks again everyone for your ideas, greatly appreaciated

That's because of the inconsistency in killcams,he's not actually doing what it looks like on your screen. To demonstrate this, have a close look at your game-winning kill-cam.It'll appear ALOT less scoped-in than it was on your screen(or else he was just using steady aim)

Oh I know, but I was spectating not looking at the killcam, on FFA you can spectate at the beginning of a match, I normally do this to check if there are boosters around, this guy got 7 kills in i'd say less than 30 seconds and without missing one single shot.

But again you could be right and while you spectate you might miss some of the action. He has a utube channel and will be uploading some videos soon, when he does I will check them out to be certain, so far, I have only seen a couple of people in youtube with that sort of skills and another two I played against.

    Pleasure to watch!

There you go,it makes quickscoping 10000x times easier.

Spectating/killcam is the same system btw......

If your gonna run around quickscoping like an idiot, why would you want to make it harder by not using it ? Its hardly making it any easier than just using an AR... Like saying don't use stopping power because you can kill someone easier with it.

You can please some people some of the time , but not everyone all of the time .
As long as your happy with the end product is all that counts.

you should just make full gameplay videos instead. "quickscoping" is a pointless exercise and the fact you were well behind on score in most of the clips shows that.

they're good shots and the video is good quality and everything but your getting destroyed in the process.
