Have an engine warning light, its been diagnosed as the exhaust sensor. Won't affect emissions. New unit ordered but unlikely to be fitted prior to nct. Mechanic reckons it'll pass NCT with warning light. Is he right?
    Thanks

My sister was in the same situation and she explained to the tester before the test and he was ok with it and passed the car as it was the only fault.

Put it through the test and you'll find out.
