trojan horse downloader agent 2 xwr, how to remove it?

    Just started getting this problem on my work pc today, AVG seems to detect it but cant remove it. has anyone come across this before, might know how to sort it?

    OS is win xp serviced up.

    You could try this program I've used it loads of times when I'm sorting viruses for friends etc

    That hasn't worked in years. Malware too advanced these days.

    Run AVG and Malwarebytes when your pc is in safemode (Hit F8 when the machine is booting, select Safe Mode).
