VGA to SCART

Hello! I have a netbook with a VGA output. I have a TV with a scart (or RCA) on it. I've had a look around, and there are cables out there that take VGA to SCART but in the heel of the hunt I'm not sure. What I need to know if this is possible and if so, what I need to make this possible. All help is much appreciated!

Hello!

You might get a lead that does this from deal extreme. I got for my laptop I haven't used yet but it might be dvi to phono
