Fringe...was season 1 in trouble?

    If memory serves, didn't it go into a Fox imposed hiatus and do a reboot?, like the first few eps. were low rated and it was in trouble of cancellation?

    I'm just making my way through S1 now, doing it backwards...saw ep. 19/20 of S1 and going backwards :P

    Makes more sense now that i've seen season 2, i have to admit i wasn't a fan of the show until the latter part of S2, but it has been much improved and enough to keep my interest in watching season 3.

    I have to say it has been one of the most consistent shows I watch in terms or all killer no filler out of everything I watch, but I found S2 had a few more duds than S1 over all.

    Just looking at the air dates from the 1st season didn't look like a show that aired a few episodes and went away while they considered it's future ( V comes to mind) It was aired consistently during the 1st seasons run.

    No but the first few episodes were low rated especially by me. It did then kick it up a notch!

    I've seen ep. 17-20 of S1, i'll watch ep. 15-16 later tonight, they've been pretty good episodes, nice amount of main arc as well thrown in.
