You might wish to reconsider your tone - you are, after all, looking for help.

It really shows what you know about cars.
The different car models have different turbos. That is just the start of it. Different years of the same model have different turbos. VW is probably the company that has variants every 6 months or so. A car made in jan 07 could have a different part than a car made in Dec 07 (same type)
So, blah blah makes a little more sense now doesn't it.

Look here mate, its a simple question of wanting someone to look at my turbo, and connecting hoses, nearly every modern turbo has the same structure and components(impellers, bearings etc) so stop sounding technical.

Its a fairly simple question I asked someone who knows turbos i suppose i should have left out the garrett bit being specific but a turbo is a turbo!

If its such a simple question why didn't you find the answer yourself? Yellow pages.

It's not all the same at all, you seem to know a lot about turbos so look at it yourself. I'm locking this thread, you don't deserve the help and advice offered by the decent users of this forum

And FYI I can see the edits you made to your posts, calling decent users 'tossers' isn't acceptable
