Pregnant taking up swimming

    Hi all,
This is a post on behalf of my wife.
She is 4 months pregnant and planning to take up swimming for the remainder of her pregnancy.
Has never really swam before just a few lengths while at the gym a long time ago.
Finds she is too tired to go to the gym after work and swimming seems more appealing especially in the tougher months to come.
Just wondering does anyone have any advice out there on what sort of program to start on as she would like some structure to work to and maybe progress from there.
I know this is sort of a vague question but any help/advice would be greatly appreciated esp from someone whos been through similar.

tbh i think you should go and speak to someone who is qualified to give advice about programs for pregnant women. However i personally think she should forget about programs and swim for whatever length she can and enjoy it.
