i phone 3gs and parrot bluetooth car kit

phone and kit work perfectly when making and recieving calls but when i play my tunes through it there is a skip every 5 secs or so...the car kit has worked flawlessly with all my other phones,if this cant be solved its going to be very disappointing as i listen to all my music this way(sick of changing cds:P) thanks
