Hey my gfs bday is on soon and we r goin out for about 8 months. I want to get her something we both can do together. I have a few small gifts got. I was gonna get a wkend away but she found out bout it and said theres no need as money is tight and her parents have a holiday home so we could just use tat. Ne other ideas???

What sort of things does she like to do? What age group is she in?

Off the top of my head:
A meal out to a fancy restaurant
Tickets for a gig / show

See what facilities are around the holiday home, maybe there's a boat trip of some sort, dolphin watching? Adventure day out? All depends on where it is and what she likes to do really
