How to change a leisure battery

Will be in France this time next week and my leisure battery wont hold a charge anymore.
I have no idea why, unless I overcharged it by leaving it connected to mains for too long.
Anyhow, I have had a look at the manual which dosen't cover this.
The battery is under the passenger seat on a LHD.
Does the seat have to come out? I have had a go at this but can't budge one of the bolts.
If the seat has to come out and I can't do it, any recommendations of a workshop on southside of dublin who would supply and fit.
    Thanks,

Thanks, If i get the seat out I'll give them a shout.
I have twisted 2 allen keys so far, gotta get some heavy duty ones.
Is it a straight forward job? Just swap new for old?

Absolutely, if in doubt, just take a photo of the original setup and then wire it up the same way with the new batteries.

Right the seat is off and the battery is in stock 120 euro.
Now when i was unscrewing the + terminal i got a spark. I am worried that i might short circuit. Is there a procedure. ie take off - first. Or do i just plough on?
    Thanks for your help

Collected leisure battery only to find out that the old battery was a Gel car one.
Was assured that the new Leisure was right for campervan living area.
Its in now and seat is back on. Not as snug a fit as the lower wider car battery.
I also dont get as high a reading on the volt gauge even when connected to 240v power.
I presume i have nothing more to worry about (for now)
    Thanks again for yer help.
