    Beautiful... - m4w - 25 (Amsterdam)

We met at a pub crawl in Amsterdam, i was introduced to you and your friend by a creepy bicyclist guy. You are absolutely beautiful and amazing, i would like to stay in touch, i was an idiot for leaving so soon!

    Location: Amsterdam

The time of my life - m4w - 33 (Dun Laoghaire)

I was a lost young man back in 1996. Visiting Ireland for the first time onboard the USS John F. Kennedy. You were so beautiful, full of energy. Im looking for you. I think about you from time to time. More and more now as time passes. Some things are unforgetable. There are so many things that only you could possibly know. We stayed at your home that night and after that. Do you remember?

    Location: Dun Laoghaire

    Sweet Home Alabama - w4m - 20 (Usa)

So, this is a long shot but in hoping for an email back. I had so much fun on the drive from the Causeway back from Dublin and it was all because of you. And I still protest that Gaelic Storm is kick ass, thank you very much.

P.s. I can't find pineapple tarts anywhere here at home. :(

    Smile - m4m - 28 (Merrion Square)

I know these things never work, but how and ever: to the guy in the blue shirt cycling down alongside Merrion Square on Saturday evening around 6pm, I would have smiled back if I hadn't been so captivated by how cute you were!

Guy on plane from portugal to dublin - w4m - 32 (Dublin)

You were on the plane today...flight from Faro to Dublin....back of plane on your own. I was the girl with short hair and white cardigan. You also stood in front of me in line....
You smiled a few times but I was with my family and couldn't really chat you up.:)

Love to get in touch. Regret not speaking to you. You have a great smile:)

Dublin - Cork train on Monday 19th April - m4w (Cork)

    Hi,

Long black hair with black & white striped dress and part of a large group of girls.
We ended up sitting next to each other due to a seating mix-up on the 14h00 train...

Well, It's a few days later and I regret not making more of an effort to connect with you.

Me: Shaved head with short beard.
Please get in touch if you were thinking the same.

    Location: Cork

I hadn't the balls to chat you up at the time but I'm going to post the vaguest of details on some random internet site in the hope that you'll actually see it and then remember exactly who I am and were so smitten that you'll be willing to enter into a long distance internet relationship.

You, in a bar in Bermuda looking amazing in your Navy whites, returning from the Falklands- October 1984- Peter, I think.

I, a Canadian female on business in Bermuda, having a night out with a group of co-workers.

We met briefly. My friends wanted to get going. I had to leave.

Just wanted to let you know, last Thurs., a group at work was sharing stories about encounters with men in uniforms.

I related my one and only brief encounter and realized what a nice memory it was.

      Were your ears ringing?

      You're dead right.

      So 'sweet' equals rephrasing this
I'm a walking cliche: a sailor who banged some c0ck-mad Dun Laoghaire gang-banger and who is now feeling a bit horny.

      to this ...

You, lying down on my bed, whining about the smell in my room. Me, trying to convince you to have anal sex. I was so drunk that i vomited on your red dress and silver shoes.

I pissed myself and you left.

      Do you remember?

There was one of these left on Gumtree about my ex girlfriend some time last year. She was shown it by people where she worked, then she showed me.

I mailed the guy to say sorry she was taken, but she saw the ad. He got very offended, thought I wasn't really with her and I was just trying to "crush his dreams"

      Seemed a lovely fella.

Haha this makes for pathetic reading. It might be flattering to be on the receiving end of one of these messages but before you'd consider responding (which lets face it you wouldn't be doing in all likelihood anyway given the events of the IRL "encounter") you'd have to ask yourself what kind of a person you're dealing with when you see the amount of obsession & inaction.

She's the one that showed it to me, and she was shown by people she worked with.

The title of it was "(name) works in (place)", with her name and the place she worked, and he said he used to talk to her on the bus she got to work from where she lived, and mentioned her weird dress-sense.

He was slightly less vague than most of them.

He got pretty pissed off cos he thought I was a "hope dasher" (just reading through the old emails now :P)

      His last mail said
"not believing it sorry , anyway i got enough responses to track her"
      Which is a bit psycho.

He never got in contact with her anyway
