My boyfriend interviewed for the Fidelity Leap programme last week.

He got an email on Friday telling him his application is still being considered and its taken longer to process than they first thought. Has anyone else heard back from them?

Do you think this is a positive sign? Or do you think they have made their decision and have a few maybe's .............. They also asked him to keep them updated if he gets another job.

Any any help greatly appreciated

My 2cents, i reckon they are interested but possibly have too few applicants to compare him against.

Still a positive sign due to that fact they contacted him about the situation
