So Ive heard off a few friends that its possible to get a little rib from the coast of howth and just camp on the little Island off howth. Everythings dandy as long as you leave the place as you found it.

Anybody know if you have to book this rib or has anybody ever done it ?

    Great spot to camp out.
Camped there about a month ago with some friends ....got there on a friends boat and brought everything we needed including fire wood(none on the island it's self)..
Don't think there's a problem as long as you take everything back with you (rubbish ect)and don't hassle the nesting birds
As for a boat to take you out ,not sure about that...maybe head down to the pier on a sunday morning and ask around.

Is that Island not privately owned, or is that Lambey?
