    Looking for advice

I'm trying to clean and then oil my decking.I've tried hosing and then used a deck cleaner but still can't get the grubey look to go.Would it be better to sand down the entire deck and then just apply decking oil?

That would be the best plan if you get a heavy duty sander it will get the grubey look off it.
I would say it will take more then one coat of oil if you sand it though.
Just keep applying the deck oil until your happy with the colour

We have the same problem with the decking, but we're going to try powerwashing it first, it will hopefully lift some of the more stubborn dirt.
