    Mobile phone penalty points who has or knows who has ? I know people who have penalty points for thing but nobody for mobile phone use.

    I have none but i know some with 4-6 points for the phone. Its funny my mate in the t.c told me the offence is for holding the phone while driving as opposed to having it up to your lug...

    Probably to cover it for when your caught texting while driving.

    Or as he said taking pictures with your phone. But back to your point i think texting is waaay more dangerous than talking. I often see people reading texts while driving. Its madness.

    The State should ban people from driving who are caught using mobile phones for 6months or a 2k fine! This behavour is just dangerous, ignorant and selfish! Come buy a hands free kit, they are as cheap as chips thesedays!:mad:
