Problem with 03 Octavia Tdi, Turbo issue at 2k revs?

    I had a little misfortune with my Octavia cracking the sump while down the sticks (there are some places you shouldn't bring cars!). Pulled over fairly quickly. Sump replaced, new oil in engine. Drove it back today BUT in 5th Gear it would not go beyond 2k revs or so on motorway and response seemed a bit muted if you know what I mean. Obviously bringing to mechanic but does this sound like a turbo problem?

    does it perform ok in all the other gears?
