ya theres alot of rabbits around me , not as much as there used to be
i find when you stop shooting a place the population increases they get diesases and fade away
the fields where i got the 30 rabbits was riddled with diesases last year and i shot about 400 - 500 rabbits out of them and this year i`ve about 100 taken out of there and not one sick rabbit ,and theres still hundreds of them there ........

I have seen mixy come and go, we have rabbits on our own land some years and not much other years.
Nobgody shoots it but me and I find it strange.
Saying that we have a lot of magpies.

If Dusty87 ever gets me that larsen trap :D I might bring back the balance

Well theres plenty of evidence that suggests, better quality rabbits are found in higher percentages if the total numbers around are controlled.

They suffer less stress with reduced numbers and have access to better food quanties and ranges.. They are designed so as to be apt to counter the threat of constant predation and as such are unhealthy as a whole if this predation is not forthcoming from either man or beast.

Its a dead cert that your going to suffer a complete population crash if you let them breed out of control.. So culling is required in some instances to protect the greater good....:) They can thank you in heaven!:D
