Hi, I just got a letter from my college plc college telling me that i'm accpeted. How much can I expect to earn from the various grants and what can I expect to earn? My dad is working P/T and my mam is in 3rd level also.

As far as I know they are generally awarded by your local council. Check out http://www.studentfinance.ie/ which should give you all the info you need. The qualifying criteria is fairly sketchy but it sounds like you'll definitely be eligible.
