    Hey!

Im getting pretty tired of IT Support work, and getting my foot in the door with database programming, network analyst or java dev/testing is, at this point nearly a waste of time by applying for jobs with no real world experience except for college work and it support, so was advised by a friend who is working in hsbc belfast having gone thru this company last year. Hes happy with them, but wanted to get more genuine opinions.

Having searched around with google, it seems like 50/50 but the opinions are either 'their great' or 'their a fraud'.

What I have learned, if you have an IT degree, and having passed some interviews and tests, they train you for 5 weeks to 6 months depending, which is free, but you pay for accom etc.. Then your contracted to them for 2 years, whereby if you break the contract, your indebted to them to the tune of 20k pounds.

Sorry for all the info, just dont want replies of info from the website, but your own understanding of the company, whether good/bad or whether youve first hand or second hand experience of them.

    Thanks!!
