Inspiron 1501 does not turn on. The power light comes on and there is a little noise, but then it freezes completely, without anything coming onto the screen. Inspiron 1501 does not turn on. The power light comes on and there is a little noise, but then it freezes completely, without anything coming onto the screen. I have tried turning it on without the battery, just from the mains, and the result is the same. Any help with this would be appreciated.
