    Im off work this week and quite fancy popping by for a squiz.

    Prob Ballymore or one of the private schools facilities ?

    Do the IRFU publicise the open sessions?

    There are no open sessions during the week. Media are let in for a short while on a couple of days until the captain's run which will be at Lang Park.

    Friday. All Captains' Runs are held the day before the game.
    Edit: Its open to media only (not 'closed to media only' as originally posted).

    You might have better luck over at the school during the week (ACGS).
