    What is it about the 'debating' threads that keep us posting hour after hour!

    Lone parents are scammers on welfare or pillars of the community doing their best.

    Children should be locked up and the key thrown away until they're 21 and turn into obnoxious adults.

    Headshops offer a valued and much needed service to the community or are out to turn people into cabbages.

    Katy French was hard done by or got what she deserved.

    I can sit here sometimes incandescent with rage and poisoned by my own bile and anger against other posters while desperately trying to change their minds. Meanwhile they sit at their PCs/laptops on the other side of the argument and froth at the mouth. It gains nothing. No one's mind will be changed. Most people will back down from their stance but if they do I think to myself, 'what a pussy'. Thanks just cement you further into the game because there is someone out there who has just validated your opinion. Eventually I either take the piss or forget about the issue because real life intrudes.

    Why do we do it? :D
