Internet wont connect to xbox live

This has happened twice since i switched to vodafone.I Troubleshoot and it says i need 2 open port 304 which is already open so i feck around with ip's and DNS For my Xbox. Anyone have a suggestion please:(

My sons xbox keeps conflicting with my laptop, its when we both get the same ip. we have to manualy asign an ip to my laptop to sort it. Dont know if thats any help..

I fing with Vodafone I have to hit the reset button on the base at least once a month for it to keep connecting to live.
