    Can anyone recommend a Paint that i can use for my back step it is a cement step and the paint i have on now when it gets wet it is very slippy :D

    Ronseal, or thompsons did a step and tile paint.

    Normally only in 2 or 3 colours but it was hard wearing and anti slip

    you can get floor paint to do concrete

    i actually have used those paints the last one was a red colour and it is still slippy

    is there some way or roughing it up

    Throw fine sand on it an hour after painting it. Some floor paint you actually get grit with it to do this.
