The Harmony remote is a good fit with the Mac mini. I've got the 525, it's not as fancy as the One but it fits my needs.

i just got the Harmopny one and set this up to the Apple TV (MAc Mini on the want list)
Works a treat. Still looking at a few minor tweaks but controls the XBMC just lovely
