Who do I contact to de-activate the PSP's on my account?

So there are 3 PSP's in my family, we all share the same account for our PSP's (different story for PS3), today, when trying to activate Patapon 2 on two of the PSP's, one of the activations was succesful, the other was not. I was told all my 5 activations were active. So I was wondering, who do I contact to de-activate…
