Hey,

I love the food in Italian Connection restaurant (Kilkenny & Carlow) and they have a dish on the menu called Penne Con Pollo. Its delicious, im always too shy to ask what the sauce is and im a hopeless chef so maybe if i tell you what was in it, you maybe have heard of it or could tell me how to make it??

Chicken, mushroom, onion and it was in a tomato,garlic sauce. Im just guessing about the sauce, it was red, thats all i know! ha. Has anyone any ideas please?
