    Hi,

Have a wedding in Rosscarbery on the August Bank Holiday weekend and was thinking of staying for a day or two either side of the wedding.

Can anyone recommend a good self catering option close to the town centre?

    Cheers.

PS. Would require a two and possibly 3 bedroom property

The following accommodation would be within the village.
    > Celtic cottages (probably the closest to the Celtic Ross, 2 minute walk)
    > Nolan's
    > The Paddock
    > Rossnua

I couldn't recommend any, as I've never used them.

Glandore village would be another option for you if Rosscarbery is booked out. It's a beautiful, peaceful village with amazing views, only about 4 miles from Rosscarbery.

    Hi,
Do you know if it would be possible to get a taxi to there at night (after the wedding) if we did book there?

Rosscarbery is looking pretty booked out (Bank Holiday weekend) so not looking good for getting accomodation there.

    Cheers

Yes, that shouldn't be a problem. We got married in Glandore and a lot of our guests got taxis back to the Celtic Ross Hotel after it. I'd recommend calling the Celtic Ross Hotel to get some taxi numbers.
