UK shop prices

    Is it me or have uk shops gotten a hell of alot more pricier than a few years back. Why is this? I know things get more expensive but uk shops seem the worst.

    As far back as i can remember they've always been a little more pricey than over here. (for most things)

    I remember when A&K first released the MK43 and it was 60gbp more expensive there than over here. madness.

    I think this has more to do with it than anything else. The Euro and Sterling are down a lot against the dollar, and pretty much everything from Asia is priced in dollars. So once the cheap stock is exhausted and they have to restock prices can go only one way. I have seen it with more than just the UK suppliers. Prices everywhere in Europe are creeping up.

    lets say if you didnt want to wait the 2 weeks or so from ordering from china or taiwan and if customs stopped your parcel for vat would it you be better off ordering from england?? twud only be a couple o days for delivery maybe slightly more costly to buy.

    Fire Support seem to be particularilty expensive now, they used to be quite affordable.
