    Hi guys
OK so iPhone 2g was set free in 2007, my wife was in New York in November 07 and walked into the Apple store and bought the deice of the shelf. I awaited the sim unlock and was a very happy camper.

Can i do the same with the 4g? Walk in and walk out with the device noting that i shall "activate at home";)

    cheers
    Darren

    No, unless you buy sim-free
