    On a real blank sheet of normal page.
    What software is needed and so on and so fourth is it expensive

    Do you want to create the stick man animation or do you already have a video of it you want to edit?

    If you want to create it theres a free application that sounds as if will do the job. I just did a quick search so I cant really vouch for how good it is or what kind of learning curve, cant see it being too complex though. Anyway heres the link, oh its free to download too...
