    I am looking for a mentor, some 1 with property experience in sales or letting to share there knowledge of the business from the legal to any other aspect. I am eager to start and would be very appricaitive of your time.:)

    Have you looked into how you are going to manage the business from organizing the property.like are you going to use software or paper trail to keep track of the property and clients?

    I am computor handy and would keep track of clients and jobs needed and budgets using microsoft applications etc. This is my first venture on my own setting up a busniess and I am very rusty. Should i consult an accountant or solistitor for tax purposes etc. Also do you no about the legality of renters deposits upfront, can they be deferred. Thanks for getting on to me
