    If you have paid for your tax but your current disk is out of date and you are waiting for the new one can you still drive your car?

    Yes, as long as you have proof that you paid your tax such as an online receipt or so long as you can prove when you paid it you should have no problem ;)

    you should have no problem, but technically you can still get fined for non display of tax by a garda or a parking warden.

    I still did not got letter with code.... And tax is out in the end of this month... I bought 3 times tax online and out of 3 times only 1 time I got tax... I needed to go to Garda fill in forms and get replacmemts... So it was even more hassel for me... This time I think I'll just go to tax office and buy it ...
