G&G m4 problamo

    hi i went to fire my m4 and it wouldnt fire at all there is clicking noise and the fuse is fine and the battery is charged i think it my be the wiring but not sure so any help is appreciated

    The gearbox its probably locked up, try a higher voltage battery, if that doesn't work see it you can move the gears yourself with a flat screwdriver and lever them around.

    Jayzuz dont go at them with a flat head.... Gears are pretty delicate so you could easily chip one or even mangle the anti reversal latch.

    The best way to release a jam is with a long thin rod.

    Pop the front receiver pin out and slide off the upper receiver.
    Insert the rod down through the air nozzle and push the piston back by hand.

    Don't touch the trigger, just push it back with a little force and it'll spin over, letting the piston come all the way forward.

    I have the cleaning rod from under the barrel of an AK for doing this, its very handy if you have access to one, but any rigid thin rod will do.

    If you need to go through the motor inlet for whatever reason, always try grabbing the anti reversal latch and releasing it, as opposed to turning over the gears. knitting hooks are great for this. Also, check and see if your gun has a forward assist before ya bother taking anything off. :)
