Freeview in Waterford

I just bought a Samsung with a built in Freeview receiver. Will I be able to get the UK Freeview channels? Has anyone in Waterford have successful? Thanks.

Where in Waterford?
If in the city,I'd have to say no.

People are getting it out around Dunmore iirc.

Nope mind you I'm in Cherrymount so at near sea level. I'd say you'd need to be on the highest ground out on the Williamstown road to have any chance within the city limits.

The problem with waterford is that a mountain in front of presely and in wales significantly dulls the signal towards waterford city.
The hill in question makes presely hard to receive in parts of SW wales never mind a straight line across the sea.

Not a chance in hell from any of those locations there are only a couple of people in Harristown/Dunmore on Very High ground getting freeview from presili
