Sample Spotting

Ok, I know it's real anorak like but I do like spotting samples in tracks and love when I stumble across one by chance, especially if it's a track I've known for a long time and then find a sample used.

Last Saturday I was watching Sleeper by Woody Allen and later in the film there is a scene with a robot dog that says 'hello, I'm dags' and then barks - knew it straight away from 'Towers of Dub' by The Orb... a track I've known for years and nice to all of a sudden hear a sample they used from an old film. Great film also.

The Orb - Towers of Dub

Lots more to add but work tomorrow so off to bed.

Edit - just to add, I know The Orb were the kings of sampling and this track alone could probably take a lifetime to identify all of the samples used!
