Which one should I download if I use Logic on Mac?

Is it OSX VST, OSX AU or OSX RTAS?

Sorry but I dont have a clue as I've not got around to getting any plug-ins yet. Still trying to figure out Logic.

well, dropped this into Ableton, mapped it to a few controller knobs and took it for a live outing on Friday night in Space54. Good fun though a little unpredictable the way I was using it, but that's rock n' roll for ya
